Terms of Use

Last updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Enduravo iPhone app ("Enduravo", the "app"), which is operated by Ying Zhou ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Important health & safety notice — please read. Enduravo is a general wellness-education app. It is not medical advice and not a medical device. Its exercises (including pelvic-floor, breathing, and arousal-awareness practice) are physical activities that carry inherent risks. Consult a qualified physician before you begin — especially if you have or may have any medical condition, are recovering from surgery or injury, take any medication, or experience pain or other symptoms. Stop immediately and seek medical care if any exercise causes pain, dizziness, numbness, bleeding, or other symptoms. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number right away. You use Enduravo voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.

1. Who can use Enduravo

Enduravo addresses adult sexual-health topics and involves physical exercise. You must be an adult (at least the age of majority where you live) and physically able to undertake light physical activity to use it. You are solely responsible for deciding whether the app and its exercises are safe and appropriate for you, and for using them safely and lawfully in your location.

2. Health, safety, and assumption of risk

The exercises and information in Enduravo are provided for general educational and wellness purposes only. Physical activity of any kind carries inherent risks, including discomfort, strain, or injury. By using the app you acknowledge and agree that:

3. Not medical advice; no professional relationship; not for emergencies

Enduravo does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Using the app does not create any doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional relationship between you and Ying Zhou. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or did in the app. Enduravo is not for emergencies — if you may have a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. Your license to use the app

Enduravo grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA), which also applies to your use of the app. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.

5. Free trial, purchase, and payments

Enduravo is free to download. When your personalized plan is shown during onboarding, a 7-day free trial of the full program begins. When the trial ends, continued access to the full program requires a one-time purchase (a non-consumable in-app purchase; US$8.99 or the equivalent in your local currency, shown to you before you buy). This is a one-time unlock — not a subscription — and it unlocks the program for the Apple ID used to purchase it. You can restore the purchase on a reinstall or a new device using "Restore purchase".

6. No warranty; no guaranteed results

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations or produce any particular result. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed, and any outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Release and waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge Ying Zhou and her affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and causes of action of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to your use of the app or your performance of any exercise or activity it describes, including any claim for personal injury or emotional distress. This release does not apply to any liability that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ying Zhou and her affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Ying Zhou or her affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, or for any personal injury or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the app, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid for the app or US$10. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual property

The app and its content — including text, exercises, lessons, illustrations, and design — are owned by Ying Zhou or her licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

11. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes ship with an app update, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Severability, entire agreement, and no waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with Apple's standard EULA and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the app and supersede any prior understanding. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
